Job Title: Spray Foam Applicator

Job Type: Full-Time

Position Summary:

The Spray Foam Installer is responsible for preparing, applying, and finishing spray foam insulation in homes, buildings, and other structures. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate spray foam equipment, pumps, hoses, and related tools.

• Prepare job sites, including masking, taping, and setting up ventilation as needed.

• Apply spray foam insulation to walls, attics, crawl spaces, basements, and other areas according to project specifications.

• Ensure installations meet Georgia Insulation’s quality standards and building codes.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites as needed.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors, teammates, and customers.

• Perform equipment maintenance and troubleshoot basic issues.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in insulation, construction, or spray foam application preferred (training available).

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in confined spaces, attics, or crawl spaces.

• Comfortable working at heights and using ladders, scaffolding, or lifts.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
