    Job Title: Administrative Assistant
    Job Type: Full-Time

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to office staff and management.

    • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.

    • Maintain and organize company records, invoices, and customer files.

    • Assist with scheduling appointments, job estimates, and project coordination.

    • Process work orders, invoices, and other necessary paperwork.

    • Coordinate with field staff and customers to ensure smooth project execution.

    • Maintain inventory records and order supplies as needed.

    • Assist with payroll processing and employee record-keeping.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).

    • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the construction or insulation industry.

    • Proficiency in G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive) and office management software.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

    • Familiarity with scheduling software is a plus.
