Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Spray Foam Applicator with experience installing batts, cellulose, and blown fiberglass insulation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Install batts, cellulose, and blown fiberglass insulation in residential and/or commercial properties.

• Load, unload, and stage materials at job sites.

• Operate and maintain insulation equipment, including blowers and hand tools.

• Follow all safety procedures, including proper PPE use.

• Inspect work for quality and completeness before job sign-off.

• Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and supervisors.

• Maintain a clean and organized job site.

Requirements:

• Previous insulation installation experience preferred (batts, cellulose, blown fiberglass).

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying conditions (heights, tight spaces, hot/cold environments).

• Strong work ethic and reliability.

• Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.
