Job Title: Insulation Sales Representative 

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Insulation Sales Representative to drive business growth in the Birmingham area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company where your effort directly impacts your earnings.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads in residential and commercial construction markets

• Build and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners

• Conduct site visits, assess insulation needs, and prepare detailed estimates

• Present and sell insulation services tailored to client needs

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

• Collaborate with project managers and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction

• Maintain up-to-date CRM records and sales reports

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience in construction or building materials sales (insulation preferred but not required)

• Strong knowledge of residential and/or light commercial construction processes

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Ability to read construction drawings and understand scopes of work is a plus
