Job Title: Branch Manager – Insulation Company

Reports to: Regional Manager / General Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to oversee operations at our insulation company branch. The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, managing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a team of professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, operations management, and team leadership within the construction or insulation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Oversee daily branch operations, including scheduling, logistics, inventory, and quality control to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with safety regulations.
Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to grow the branch’s market share, build relationships with contractors and clients, and drive revenue growth.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage branch employees, including sales representatives, installers, and administrative staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Customer Relations: Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client needs, resolving complaints, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Financial Management: Monitor branch performance, control expenses, manage budgets, and ensure profitability while achieving revenue and profit targets.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all work complies with industry safety standards and company policies, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports on sales performance, operational efficiency, and employee productivity to upper management.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvements and implement best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in branch management, operations, or sales leadership within the construction, insulation, or related industries.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting and expense management.
Knowledge of insulation materials, installation processes, and industry standards is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in business software applications (CRM, ERP, MS Office Suite).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Bilingual candidates preferred.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, construction management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
5+ years of experience in a managerial role within the construction, insulation, or building materials industry.
Sales and business development experience is a plus.
