Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to office staff and management.
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
Maintain and organize company records, invoices, and customer files.
Assist with scheduling appointments, job estimates, and project coordination.
Process work orders, invoices, and other necessary paperwork.
Coordinate with field staff and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain inventory records and order supplies as needed.
Assist with payroll processing and employee record-keeping.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in the construction or insulation industry.
Proficiency in G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive) and office management software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Familiarity with scheduling software is a plus.
